The free airport shuttle service and 24-hour reception offered practical advantages for travelers. The lack of professionalism from staff was a major setback. For those seeking a refined experience, it is advisable to weigh these factors against the nightly rate, as the hotel's offerings may not align with the luxury often associated with island escapes or befitting the discerning traveler. For a more tranquil environment, consider other options.
